  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh 19 KG lighter than us.

    (Just so you know, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING around "how" they eat.)
